Here’s how it works:

We’ve made it fast and easy to get a technician over to your place so your appliance will soon be working like it should!

1. PLEASE review the Frequently Asked Questions about our repair process and charges.
2. Next, please fill out the details below and click ‘Request a Service Call.’
3. We’ll co-ordinate with a technician working in your area to review progress on current jobs.
4. We’ll find the earliest time we can come to your home.
5. We’ll call the number you gave us, to schedule the visit.

Your service request goes to Norwest Appliance Services. Our office will call to arrange the appointment. Submitting this form does not confirm a visit time.

Service visits are chargeable.
Zone 1: NZ$120 + GST
Zone 2: NZ$150 + GST
Zone 3: NZ$180 + GST
The call-out fee includes travel and the first 10 minutes of diagnosis. Additional labour is NZ$21 + GST per 10 minutes. Parts are extra. Check your service zone.
