About the Appliance Repairs Team

The Appliance Man and Norwest Appliances work together as your “Appliance Repairs Team.” It means we can better serve you across the North Shore and West Auckland. It doesn’t matter in which suburb you live . . . our service technicians are allocated to the nearest jobs, in order of priority.

Mike, our GM and lead technician, qualified as a fridge technician in England before transferring out to New Zealand 14 years ago. He has since worked for a number of large domestic appliance repair companies across the North Island, eventually settling in Auckland.

Mike has also spent many years working in commercial environments, and has developed an extensive knowledge of both domestic and commercial appliances across a wide range of different brands.

His wife Claire, utilising her 15 years in office management and quality improvement, keeps the day to day operation running smoothly.
