East Auckland is in our Zone 1 service area. The call-out fee is $110 + GST, which covers travel to your home and the first 10 minutes of diagnostic time. Parts and additional labour are quoted separately.

We allocate technicians to the nearest jobs in order of priority. Fridge and freezer repairs are prioritised. We’ll find the earliest available slot and call you to confirm a time window.
